Chitral Wool Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day free exchange policy. You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Exchange Process:

2. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.
